Checkweigher is mainly used in various automatic packaging lines for automatic weight detection, upper/lower weight limit discrimination and product sorting by weight . It is widely used in pharmaceutical, foodstuffs, health care products, cosmetic, and light industries for online high-speed package weight check

• Weighing sensor is installed under the weigher. 

•  Product passes through the weighing platform, gravity pressure the sensor, causing the deformation for the sensor, and the sensor output signal.

• The system calculates the weight and determines whether the weight is qualified or not.

• Checking for under/or overweight packages
