Checkweigher is mainly used in various automatic packaging lines for automatic weight detection, upper/lower weight limit discrimination and product sorting by weight . It is widely used in pharmaceutical, foodstuffs, health care products, cosmetic, and light industries for online high-speed package weight check

Weighing sensor is installed under the weigher. 

 Product passes through the weighing platform, gravity pressure the sensor, causing the deformation for the sensor, and the sensor output signal.

The system calculates the weight and determines whether the weight is qualified or not.
