The the chief application of this type of destoner is the stratification and separation of the products into heavy and light weight by the combination of force and gravity. Optimal result can be achieved through fans connected to the vibratory motor through pulley. The vibrating deck ejects the heavy-weight material upwards to the stone discharge spout. The light-weight materials like crops and grains drop from the vibrating deck and come out of cleaning spout.

The direction of the vibrating deck, velocity of eccentric motion, feed rate and the air flow can be accordingly adjusted in order to get the optimal level of sieving and separation. A different configurations of deck screens are available to satisfactorily fulfill particular applications. Adjustment can easily be done without any hassle
